Department: Sales

Responsible to: Managing Director

Responsible for: N/A

Starting Salary: 20k-25k per annum with a bonus of 10k+ per year. Your performance will be in line with the agreed company KPIs, including existing account growth and new business prospecting.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving the set individual KPIs and objectives.
  • Maintain and organise an accurate record of your call results.
  • Report to the Sales Director, you will have a series of KPIs to hit, including daily calls, booking appointments for Teams Meetings, sending daily offers, quotes, and POs received and processed.
  • Extract data from the database/Excel sheets and present them to the customers.
  • Mine the CRM for stuck leads and bring them to a successful close.
  • Maintain the CRM data base to ensure accurate records at all times.
  • Process data and prepare Excel sheets for the customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Manage your own customer base, assisting with helping them purchase across their range.
  • Continually send new product offers, maximizing customer spend.
  • Develop sales opportunities within existing accounts by reaching other departments in the company (penetrating the customer account).
  • Negotiate pricing and packages with new customers.
  • Maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities on each project.
  • Build rapport with customers so that our brand becomes their go-to destination for disease state plasma.
  • Assist the shipping administrators and the lab team when needed.
  • Professionally engage with B2B clients in a consultative way.
  • Cold call and chase existing orders.
  • Achieve results in line with the Company's annual sales objectives & targets.
  • Communicate customer needs to internal team.
  • Liaise with the scientific team to brainstorm how the company can meet the customer needs.
  • Serve as internal advocate for the customer.
  • Be a champion for AbBaltis brand to our customer base.

Additional Duties

Candidate Requirements – Essential

  • 2+years of telesales experience.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Be able to work with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Confidence, excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent and professional telephone manner, both written and verbal.
  • CRM experience.
  • Ability to learn about our products/ services.
  • Excellent at ‘door opening’ and fact finding.
  • Team player.
  • Competitive.

  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated digital literacy.

Candidate Requirements – Desirable

  • Bilingual or multilingual.
  • Experience in IVD and Biotech Market sales.
