We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager who excels in phone-based sales, possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, and is adept at managing key accounts. Key Account Manager

Starting Salary: Commence your journey with a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annuum based on a 37.5h week, complemented by an achievable bonus potential of £1,500 to £3,000/month. It is important to note that the latter figures are realistic and can be surpassed with exceptional performance. Your performance will be in line with the agreed company KPIs, including existing account growth and new business prospecting.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Key Account Management: Effectively manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactive Sales Outreach: Conduct high-energy outbound calls to engage potential clients, identify opportunities, and close deals with a sense of urgency.
- Project Sales: Communicate project details to internal teams, fostering a dynamic and urgent response to customer specifications.
- Deal Closing: Utilize persuasive communication skills to swiftly close deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, conveying project details and fostering a sense of urgency for successful project implementation
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
- Delegation: Strategically delegate tasks within the sales team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Professional Development: Exhibit eagerness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities, with the goal of advancing to a Sales Team Leader position.
- Any other duties as requested by the line manager to ensure the smooth running of the company
- Proven experience in sales, demonstrating high energy, a sense of urgency, and key account management expertise.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
