Welcome to the Team, Courtney!

We are pleased to welcome Courtney: the newest member of the AbBaltis family!

Courtney joined us in December as our new Shipping and Packing Assistant. She will be working closely with Natalie, Charlotte and Ocean to ensure that all of our deliveries are shipped efficiently and securely to our customers.

Before joining us, Courtney had worked for two years in retail management. She discussed how she had been settling into her new role here: “I have really enjoyed my time at AbBaltis so far. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly – the team is amazing and so nice. I think that I have already picked up some great new skills.”

Natalie also spoke about Courtney joining the team: “Since joining us, we have been encouraged by Courtney’s work ethic and enthusiasm. She has settled in brilliantly! Despite having no previous industry experience, Courtney is a prime example of AbBaltis’ successful approach to recruitment – we always look at the person rather than their experience as a lot of times the right attitude can make all the difference. We can teach someone the skills that they need to succeed here if they are enthusiastic and a team player.”

In her free time, Courtney enjoys going to concerts and is a huge fan of science fiction movies and television.
