Welcome to our new starters

It has been a busy few months here at AbBaltis, as due to our consistent growth we have taken on a number of new starters.

 

Firstly we would like to introduce Vanessa who joins our Graduate Scheme as a Laboratory Assistant. Vanessa joins us after studying Biosciences at London South Bank. Vanessa had this to say about her appointment:

 

“I’m absolutely thrilled to be on the Graduate Scheme here at AbBaltis. This will open up so many opportunities for my future career as the scheme allows me to experience a variety of different parts of the business and I can then choose which area I want to specialise in. I’ve been having a brilliant time so far and the team is so friendly and really welcoming, to the point when it doesn’t feel like work!”

 

Our other new starters are Charlotte, who joins us as our Shipping and Packing Assistant, and Megan who has just started as our new apprentice. Megan takes up the role left vacant by Zach's recent promotion.

 

Our MD Giedre spoke about our new additions: “It is wonderful to have so many new faces here at AbBaltis. This has been an incredible year for us and the growth that we’ve seen has meant that there are more opportunities, both for existing staff to progress and for new starters joining us. I’m especially pleased that all three of our new starters are from the local area, as I feel that it is of utmost importance that we give local young people opportunities to get their careers started.”
