We are thrilled to share that Rebekah and Martina, two of our sales team representatives, recently attended the first day of the International Trade Week, taking place in London from the 6th to the 10th November. AbBaltis attended the event together with other export champions from across the country, and other businesses aiming to expand internationally. The program, organised by the Department for International Trade (DIT) Week, aims to provide practical insights, and help UK businesses maximise their global presence.
Our team members took part in a series of discussions filled with knowledge sharing, networking, and inspiration for navigating the international business realm. During the event, they learned effective ways to develop marketing strategies to define a unique selling point and increase customer base. Moreover, they collected inspiring insights from other export champions who shared their successes in the USA, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
During the event, Rebekah and Martina assisted to a series of external Google talks, exploring tools that the platform offers to identify new markets and trends, and planning growth strategies. Furthermore, they were introduced to the use of Google analytics and the four areas of reporting available to all businesses: acquisition, engagement, monetisation, and retention.
