Celebrating with the Team!

We are thrilled to announce that this past September 29th AbBaltis celebrated our 13th year in business! It was a momentous occasion that called for a special celebration with our incredible team. During our weekly all hands meeting we took the opportunity to commemorate this achievement.

The meeting began with an engaging session focused on revisiting and reinforcing our company's vision, mission, and values. It was important for us to reflect on the core principles that have guided us throughout our journey and continue to shape our future endeavors. By aligning ourselves with these fundamental beliefs, we ensure that every action we take is in line with our overarching goals.

At AbBaltis, we believe in fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork among our staff members (both on-site and remote). That's why we recently organised an exciting quiz that allowed everyone to participate and have some fun together. But this quiz wasn't just about testing our knowledge of AbBaltis; it was also an opportunity to learn more about each team member.

During the quiz, our staff members were challenged to guess various facts about one another. It was a great way to encourage interaction and get to know our colleagues on a deeper level. One particularly entertaining aspect of the quiz was the "baby picture matching" game. Staff members had to match adorable baby pictures with their corresponding adult counterparts, which led to lots of laughter and reminiscing.

As we look back on these 13 years of business, we are immensely proud of what AbBaltis has accomplished. Our dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to excellence have propelled us forward. Here's to many more years of growth, innovation, and collaboration at AbBaltis!
