Gabi plays a strategic role in shaping AbBaltis’ talent and operational strategies, leading critical areas such as recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing, diverse workforce. With a postgraduate degree in Business & Organisational Psychology, she works closely with the Managing Director on initiatives that align with long-term business goals and frequently represents AbBaltis at key industry events. Leveraging Lean and Kaizen methodologies, Gabi drives operational efficiency and promotes a culture of continuous improvement through regular inter- and intra- departamental communication, permeating every level of the organisation.

Imogen started working at AbBaltis as a Shipping Administrator in October 2020. Since then, she has acquired a wealth of knowledge and has progressed within the company to Facilities Manager. Within this role she is responsible for helping to create a productive and happy environment for the team to work in as well as resolving any problems that may arise within the facility. for She had over 7 years administrative and customer care experience in a variety of fields before joining AbBaltis. Imogen still has duties within the Shipping department and takes care of processing your orders and samples. Imogen is one of many showing that hard work pays off and there is always room to grow at AbbBaltis.
