📢 Boosting Our Lab Capabilities with the New MADx MAX 45k System

We've just welcomed a powerful new instrument to our laboratory: the MAX 45k from Macro Array Diagnostics (MADx – Macro Array Diagnostics GmbH). This isn't just an upgrade; it's a significant step forward in how we handle allergy testing.

The MAX 45k is a fully automated system that's going to make a real difference in our workflow. It processes the advanced ALEX² multiplex allergy tests for us automatically. This means we can now run up to 50 samples in about four hours, with just 20 minutes of hands-on time. That's a huge boost for our efficiency!

What does this mean for the data we get? The ALEX² test is incredibly comprehensive, giving us precise measurements of total IgE and specific IgE for over 290 different allergen extracts and molecular components. This includes a vast range from common pollens and dust mites to various food allergens (like milk, eggs, nuts, and seafood), as well as venoms and occupational allergens. The technology behind it, with its patented CCD blocking and nanotechnology, helps us get clearer insights by differentiating between primary sensitizations and cross-reactivity.

Bringing the MAX 45k into our lab means we're providing faster, more detailed, and highly accurate allergy profiles. We're genuinely excited about the increased capacity and the depth of information we can now deliver.
