Recognising the evolving needs of our team members, we have adapted to Ozge's desire for a remote role by reshaping her responsibilities. Ozge will now take on the position of Sales Admin Assistant, a strategic move that not only accommodates her personal aspirations but also aligns seamlessly with her analytical and communicative strengths honed during her tenure in the Lab team. This transition underscores our commitment to providing flexible opportunities, fostering a work environment where individuals like Ozge can flourish both personally and professionally.
