Although immediate promotions or career development opportunities might not always follow an appraisal, these evaluations offer a standardised opportunity to formally highlight and document our team's achievements. They ensure that every accomplishment, no matter how big or small, is acknowledged and considered, even those that might otherwise go unnoticed.
