Inside Sales Administrator - Life Sciences

An exciting opportunity with excellent career growth potential organised, target driven and self-motivated B2B sales professional. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent Graduate looking to build a career in sales.

The key responsibilities are to:

  • Follow up leads
  • Reach out to potential new customers through phone and emails
  • Build relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare quotes
  • Provide fantastic customer service to our clients
  • Assist Field Sales Representatives in dealing with customer queries
  • Liaise with Scientists in-house and at external organisations
  • Methodically document communications with the customers in customer relationship management (CRM) database

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Degree in Science, English or Humanities preferred
  • Knowledge of Spanish, German, French or Italian preferred
  • Experience in commercial life sciences setting advantageous
  • Experience in sales preferred
  • Commercial acumen
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Very organised and methodical
  • Proven track record of achieving goals
  • Team player
  • Gritty and determined
  • Proven ability to think outside of the box and solve problems
  • Happy to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
