Business Administration Apprentice

The company won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade and is now entering a very exciting period of time. The company has a vibrant culture, so a positive can-do attitude, eagerness to be a team player, good sense of humour, flexibility and a willingness to take on various tasks are a must.


The duration of this Intermediate Level Apprenticeship is 1 year in association with East Kent College.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team
  • Assist in sales activities
  • Track packages and inform the sales team of any delays
  • Assist in marketing activities
  • Assist in preparing for International Trade fairs
  • Prepare spreadsheets
  • File documents
  • Scan, fax and email various documents
  • Enter data
  • Assist with orgnanising events
  • Greet the visitors
  • Make tea and coffee for the visitors
  • Take and screen phone calls
  • Produce reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Take minutes from meetings
  • Any other duties as requested by the Managing Director to ensure smooth running of the business


Working hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday with 1/2 an hour unpaid lunch breaks

£4 per hour
